Collecting and using feedback on Mass.gov

Mass.gov is Massachusetts’ web front door. It’s one, single large Drupal site that is shared by over a hundred state organizations. At Mass.gov we want to continually measure and improve the performance of our content, and one of the ways we do that is by getting feedback from the public about specific pages to the authors who are best equipped to make improvements on those pages.

At this session we'll tell you how we designed and built a page-based feedback component on Mass.gov that gets 30,000 feedback messages a month and makes them available to over 500 authors that manage content. We’ll talk about how we designed the interface that authors use to review feedback within Drupal, and we’ll end with some of the lessons we learned along the way.
