In this talk we'll explain how EPSO (European Personnel Selection Office a.k.a. EU Careers from the European Commission) implemented AI in their online portal. We'll explain the hurdles we went trough, the wins after going live (some obvious, some less obvious). We'll also give some insights in how we make this AI implementation transparent.
