Getting Started with Gutenberg in Drupal, 1.4: Adjust Block Styling in Gutenberg
Video Description
Adding a block to the Gutenberg editor is as straightforward as typing (/) and selecting a block.
Did you know you can modify the block options from the right-hand side?
Each block has a unique set of options, which will vary depending on your selected block type.
For example, if you select a text block, you can modify the text and background colors. You even have the option to select a gradient.
## Text and Color
With Gutenberg, you can control how your text block appears and choose a color scheme that aligns with your preference and your site's overall design.
## Dimensions
Another unique feature of Gutenberg is the option to adjust the dimensions of your block. By clicking on the 'Dimensions' button, you can alter the padding and margin of each block.
This feature is particularly useful for editors who want to tweak the layout without contacting a developer.
However, this flexibility also means you can easily unintentionally break the page design, so use it cautiously.
