At USA.gov, we've reimagined Drupal—not as a single monolith, but as a constellation of microservices, with the Tome module powering our static site generation (SSG) strategy. By decoupling core functions into managed services, we're able to run the admin/editorial interface in a small dedicated Drupal instance, while the live production site is statically generated with Tome and globally served via CDN for maximum speed, security, and resilience.
